Molars: There are eight molars in the primary dentition and twelve in permanent dentition and are the largest of the teeth with a flat biting surface.

Toothache is the most common dental problem that is seen in both children and adult. The reason behind is infected gums, damaged filling, repetitive notion, tooth decay and cavities in the tooth.
